Seems like every conversation I have with one of my students at church ends up with me saying something along the lines of "When I was your age..." or "You really don't know what I'm talking about do you?" People say I'm not old and I agree but I certainly feel like it. I finally figured out the reason why this is true.
Most of us feel like we can't remember a time where we weren't using those type things but truth is most of the electronic and online things we use today didn't exist 15 years ago. Everyone under the age of 20 has a hard time remembering at time when stuff didn't exist. Check out this article to see just how different things were only 5, 10, or 15 years ago.
It is crazy to think how fast technology develops. I can remember when we got the internet at home. I wanted it to play a Captain Crunch game. I also remember when the flip phone came out. Those were some funny commercials. It is funny to think of all the stuff that has changed technology wise. Your Sis.
